Making Contact

You can reach us round the clock by filling the form on our Contact Page. Our sales lines are available via WhatsApp or voice call from 9am to 6pm weekdays and 10am to 6pm weekends.

Orders

Kindly help us keep costs down by placing your order online using our automated system whenever possible.

We send out deliveries at 10am daily Monday through Friday only, and same day deliveries are only available to Lagos Metro orders placed before 10am. Delivery timelines for other locations depend on the specific address. You can ask a Sales Rep for timeline estimates for your location.

Payment

We accept Bank Transfers, Visa and Mastercard, through Flutterwave international payment system. Your card is charged at checkout, so we cannot make changes once the order is placed.

Refund Policy

Additions / Cancellations / Refunds

Please check your order carefully BEFORE you check out. We cannot make changes once your order has been placed. If you need additional merchandise, you will need to place another order. We do not accept refund requests due to a change of mind or location, etc.

Disclaimer

Although allergic reactions to our pure and natural ingredients are uncommon, we recommend testing our products first by using them on a small patch of skin for 24 hours. If redness or irritation develops, discontinue use.
